I would like to share my experience in buying my first home with my realtor, Fredda Takacs. I was apprehensive, scared, nervous, knew very little about the process and felt I was alone in this major decision. I then met a realtor by the name of Fredda. From here on - I never felt alone in buying my home again.

She doesn't push or get frustrated.. she gives her honest opinion and lets you make your own choices without feeling pressured. She really cared about where I would settle down and make my home. She was always willing to show a listing at a moments notice, was on top of her game in finding new listings, and was punctual and professional. She assisted in the whole process through the assessment, inspection, negotiations, the lawyer, the mortgage, all the way up to the closing. Fredda was able to accomplish the job of selling our Westport home, after 10 months of having the house on the market with a different broker. We lived in California at the time. Six months later we wanted to move back to Connecticut. My husband and I flew in for a weekend to look for a house.
